Food pairing
Tuna, yellowtail with wasabi and soy sauce, Yakitori (grilled chicken) with salt, Asari (clams) steamed with sake, light chicken dishes, and vegetable tempura. Kanzuri – local pepper paste from Myoko region where brewery is located is a great pairing with this sake!
